DELIVERY POLICY
 

This delivery policy, together with the terms of use, describes DEEPAKSHI SILKS’s policies and procedures for the delivery of products purchased on the site. DEEPAKSHI SILKS shall make all commercially reasonable endeavors to ensure that the products are delivered to users in a timely fashion.

Please take a moment to read and comprehend the terms outlined in this delivery policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this delivery policy, you are advised not to accept the terms of use and the delivery policy and may forthwith leave and stop using the site. The terms contained in this delivery policy shall be accepted without modification, and accordingly, you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein.

Terms of Delivery

  • DEEPAKSHI SILKS teams up with outside delivery experts to make sure your products reach you safely. Once we give your purchased item to our delivery partner, we’ll share their details with you. You’ll also get an estimated delivery date when you confirm your order. Sometimes, we might deliver your items ourselves without using delivery partners.
  • DEEPAKSHI SILKS wants to offer its services on the website and deliver its products to customers in India and other countries. However, they can only deliver to specific areas. When you order something on the website, you need to enter your pin code to check if they can deliver to your location. If your area is not on their delivery list, they can’t proceed with your order.
  • Before you pay for your products on our website, we’ll ask you to share your shipping address. When you fill in your shipping details, please double-check that everything is accurate and complete. Make sure to include clear landmarks that help us find your address easily. If your products can’t be delivered because of incorrect information, we can’t be held responsible.
  • A maximum of three (3) attempts shall be made to deliver the purchased products to the user. Should the user continue to remain unavailable after three (three) attempts, DEEPAKSHI SILKS reserves the right to cancel the order pertaining to the purchased products at its sole discretion. While DEEPAKSHI SILKS shall make reasonable endeavors to ensure that purchased products are delivered to its users in a timely manner, delivery may be delayed on account of:
  1. logistical issues beyond DEEPAKSHI SILKS’s control;
  2. unsuitable weather conditions;
  3. political disruptions, strikes, employee lockouts, etc.;
  4. acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.; and
  5. Other unforeseen circumstances.

In such events of delay, DEEPAKSHI SILKS shall make a reasonable attempt at proactively informing the user by writing to the user on his or her registered email account and/or mobile number. DEEPAKSHI SILKS disclaims all liabilities that may arise on account of its failure to inform the user of anticipated delays in the delivery of purchased products on the site. Further, DEEPAKSHI SILKS shall be under no obligation to compensate the user for any mental agony or tortuous claim that may otherwise arise on account of a delay in the sending, receiving, or putting to work of the things you bought.

  • DEEPAKSHI SILKS takes many steps to make sure its delivery team and its logistic partners’ staff are ethical and trustworthy. However, they can’t guarantee that their delivery people or logistic partners will always act professionally and politely. If you have any problems with a DEEPAKSHI SILKS delivery person or a logistic partner’s employee, you’ll need to sort it out yourself, as DEEPAKSHI SILKS can’t control their behavior.
  • After you’ve successfully ordered from our website and we’ve handed your items to our delivery partner, you’ll get a special tracking number. This number lets you follow your purchase’s journey. You can use it on our site, our partner’s website, or their mobile app to see where your stuff is and when it’ll arrive. We’ll do our best to keep it updated, but please understand that real-time tracking can sometimes have delays and technical issues that we can’t control, so it may not always be 100% accurate.

NOTE:

All prices are inclusive of GST.
2. The shipping charges on our products will be mentioned at the time of checkout.
3. Shipping charges are calculated based on the volumetric weight of the product, the volume of packaging, and the delivery destination.
4. For international customers, the import duties and local taxes are to be borne directly by the customer and paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner. These charges will be over and above the product price you pay, and these charges differ in each country according to local rules and regulations.
